- All cats must arrive with their vaccinations card as provided by the vet. Feline flu and Enteritus vaccines must be up to date. Cats that arrive without proof of vaccinations will not be allowed to enter the cattery.

- Please ensure your cat’s flea and worm treat meant is up to date. In the unlikely event fleas are found on your cat, treatment will be given and the cost of the treatment and any additional cleaning will be added to your bill.

- Un-neutered cats over the age of 7 months cannot be accepted.

- If your cat should fall ill whilst in our care we reserve the right to contact a veterinary service. Customers are fully responsible for any veterinary fees incurred.

- A non-refundable booking fee of £20 per chalet is required to secure your booking. This can be paid by cash or online bank transfer and is deducted from the total bill.

- The total bill is due by collection of your cat. We do not have a card payment facility. Payment should be made by cash or bank transfer.

- Charges apply for all the days your cat is with us. No reduction can be made in the event of a cat being dropped off or collected later or earlier than advised when the booking was initially made.

- We have in place a minimum 3 day charge.

- We reserve the right to revise our prices when necessary. All prices quoted will be at the prevailing rate at the time of booking. All prices charged will be at the prevailing rate at the time of boarding.

- Cancellations charges will be applied. The amount charged will depend on the amount of notice given. A minimum of £20 (usually covered by the booking fee) and a maximum of the full cost of the dates booked. There are instances where cancellation charges will not apply so please call us for more information.

- Drop offs and collections are by appointment only.

- Cattery opening times will vary over Christmas and bank holidays.

- We provide a mixture of GoCat and Whiskers dry food, a wide selection of Felix, Whiskers and Sheba wet food and a variety of treats. If your cat requires alternative food to that listed above, the owner will need to provide this. Full price of boarding will still be charged.

- Only cats from the same household may share a chalet.
